Terms & Conditions – Website in a Day

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the "Website in a Day" service provided by MagicMinds The Success Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description 

​

Our "Website in a Day" service includes the design and development of a basic website within one business day, provided that the client supplies all necessary materials (text, images, branding assets, etc.) in advance.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

​

  • The client must provide all required content, images, and branding materials at least 48 hours before the scheduled design day by uploading them into a Google Drive folder created by the designer.

​​

  • The required website content includes photography, text, structured website content (such as Home, About Us, Products, etc.), and brand identity elements (if available), including logos, color schemes, and typography.

​​

  • The client must be available for prompt feedback during the development process.

​

  • Failure to provide required materials on time may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

 

4. Scope of Work

​

  • The service includes the creation of a website with one landing page. Additional pages can be discussed before booking to create a tailor-made offer.
     

  • The service includes a full workday (09:00 - 18:00) of working with the client on the website.
     

  • Minor revisions (such as text or image changes) are included within the same day.
     

  • Additional features, revisions, or functionality beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and extend the project timeline.
     

  • If the website is not finished by the end of the workday, the designer will schedule an additional session at a mutually agreed time. Additional hours are billed at a discounted rate of €60 per hour instead of €70.
     

5. Payment Terms
 

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
     

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the website is handed over.
     

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
     

6. Pricing
 

  • The price for a "Website in a Day" service is €599.
     

  • An additional €150 is required to optimize the mobile version of the website.
     

  • If additional time is needed beyond the standard workday, the client pays a discounted rate of €60 per hour instead of €70.
     

7. What the Day Looks Like
 

  • 48 Hours Before – The client ensures all website content is uploaded to the designated Google Drive folder.
     

  • Start of the Day (09:00) – We review the client's wishes and confirm the assignment.
     

  • Throughout the Day – The client remains available for feedback and to provide any additional information the designer may need.
     

  • Midday Review – We check the progress and make adjustments if necessary. Note: More feedback means more time required, so clear communication is essential.
     

  • One Hour Before End – We review the final website together and apply finishing touches.
     

  • Final Hour – We connect the domain name and, after full payment, transfer ownership of the site to the client.
     

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
     

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
     

9. Liability & Warranty
 

  • We strive to provide a high-quality website, but we cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free or compatible with all browsers and devices.
     

  • The client is responsible for reviewing the final website before launch.
     

  • MagicMinds - The Success Studio is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of the website.
     

10. Ownership & Copyright
 

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the website design and content.
     

  • Any third-party assets (such as stock images or fonts) must be used according to their respective licenses.

 

11. Post-Launch Support
 

  • Ongoing maintenance and additional updates can be arranged at an extra cost of €70 per hour.

 

12. Governing Law 
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
